【禁聞】百度奇虎亂戰 360被指偷窺用戶隱私

【新唐人2012年9月3日訊】奇虎360與百度的搜索大戰再度硝煙四起。前幾天,多家證券公司要求卸載360流覽器的傳聞,一度引爆互聯網。而近日百度工程師又爆出360安全流覽器收集用戶訪問隱私,可能導致帳戶被盜,再度點燃戰火。專家指出,搜索引擎行業需要競爭,但是不能採取不當方式。不過,百度和奇虎同樣扮演不光彩的角色,為中共當局做幫兇,屏蔽敏感詞。

百度互聯網資料研發部經理趙明華8月31號向外界宣佈,通過實驗證明360通過自己的“360安全流覽器”收集用戶訪問隱私,交給爬蟲來抓取頁面。

趙明華表示,這樣會給用戶帶來很多嚴重的問題,比如用戶隱私暴露於網路、帳戶被盜取甚至遭受財產損失等等。

自從不屈服中共審查制度的谷歌離開中國後,百度霸道的占有了中國搜索80%的市場份額。5億網民讓百度第二季度搜索廣告收入超過10億美元,豐厚的利益引來奇虎360也開始爭搶搜索引擎市場。360與百度的亂戰,積累了不小的關注度。過去兩週,百度的美國存託憑證大跌15%,而奇虎360則大漲18%。

但是奇虎360顯然沒法跟百度比實力,奇虎360的搜索有些還指向百度的搜索結果,但馬上遭到百度的“封殺”——被阻止訪問百度或者乾脆跳轉百度首頁。

原雅虎中國總經理的謝文說,搜索領域的壟斷比較嚴重,賺錢比較多,有其他公司介入競爭,其實是一件好事。

原雅虎中國總經理謝文:「做可以,但是應該更多的依賴技術創新和實力,用戶的感受,搜索的質量,而不能抄近路,不能想通過不適當的方式去獲取別人的結果用於自己的服務。」

中國首家互聯網諮詢機構、互聯網實驗室聯合創始人王俊秀則提出,百度把自然搜索和廣告混在一起,中立性受到人們質疑。

互聯網實驗室聯合創始人王俊秀:「你搜索的引擎和你推薦的內容是混在一起的,這是它被一般人詬病的。因為谷歌是分開的,我的搜索引擎,我搜到的東西是自然排序,我的廣告,是在右邊,是另外的一個系統,所以說有競爭也是不錯的。」

雖然百度和360之間掐架掐得火熱,但是在配合中共、屏蔽用戶敏感詞方面卻是同樣扮演不光彩的角色。在搜索敏感詞如「六四」、「法輪功」等詞彙時,兩者都出現「根據相關法律法規和政策,部分搜索結果未予顯示」。

而拒絕屏蔽敏感詞的谷歌,雖然至今仍然保留香港功能變數名稱,提供大陸用戶使用,但經常無法搜索出結果,或者網頁遭到屏蔽。

Conflict between Baidu and Qihoo: 360 Accessing Users Private Information

Conflicts between “Qihoo 360”, a web browser and anti-virus
service, and “Baidu”, a web search service have been fierce.
A few days ago, news broke that many internet security
exchange companies ask to uninstall Qihoo 360.
This caused heated discussion on the internet.

Recently, a Baidu engineer also disclosed
that “Qihoo 360” collects users private information.
This opens the possibility for users' bank
account details to be accessed.
This revelation has ignited another round
of conflict between Qihoo and Baidu.
Some internet experts think that a certain amount
of competition between internet browser services is good.
However, competition should be in an appropriate way.

In fact, both Baidu and Qihoo cater to the needs
of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
They play an inglorious role, as both companies
block “sensitive words,” which are defined by the CCP.

Zhao Minghua, Manager of Baidu's
Internet User Information Department, disclosed that
“Qihoo 360 secure internet explorer” collects
internet users' private information.

Zhao Minghua stated that “360 internet explorer”
can bring about a lot of devastating problems.
Users' private information will be exposed, and bank
accounts will be stolen, and thus users' property infringed.

Google did not yield to Chinese Communist Party's (CCP)
Censorship, and decided to remove it's business from China.
Baidu has taken up to 80% of the market
share for China's internet search services.
With 500 million users, Baidu's second quarter
commercial income has exceeded 100 Million Dollars.
“Qihoo 360” is another internet search service
in China, and started to compete against Baidu for it's substantial economic interests.
The conflict between Qihoo 360 and Baidu
has caused widespread public attention.
In the past two weeks, Baidu's Depositary
Receipts in America have dropped 15%. Those of Qihoo 360 have risen 18%.

However, Qihoo 360 is as powerful as Baidu. Some
search results on Qihoo 360 even point to Baidu links.
Baidu has blocked Qihoo by stopping
it from visiting Baidu information.

Xie Wen, former General Manger of Yahoo in China,

said that competition to monopolize the internet search
engine industry is very severe in China.
It's a good thing that other search engine
companies can participate in the competition.

Xie Wen: “It's all right for other companies
to participate in the market.
However, the competition should be based on technological
innovation, users' feedback and quality of the service.
The competing companies shouldn't think
of taking short-cuts using inappropriate means.”

Wang Junxiu, founder of the first internet consulting
firm in China, stated that Baidu's neutral position has been questioned,
because Baidu mixes internet search results
with commercial promotions.

Wang Junxiu: “The way that internet search results
and commercials are mixed together is widely criticized.
Google separates those two aspects,
with search results listed in order,
and commercials are listed on the right side
of the webpage based on another system. In this way, it promotes competition.”

Although the conflict between Baidu and Qihoo 360
is very fierce, they both block sensitive words. They cater to the needs of the CCP.
When searching sensitive words like “June 4 Tiananmen
Square massacre” or “Falun Gong”, both search engines
show that “according to relevant laws and regulations,
some search results are not shown in this engine.”

Google has refused to block the words deemed sensitive
by the CCP, maintaining its domain in Hong Kong.
This is so that people from mainland China can still use it.

However, usually searching results cannot
be found or the webpage is blocked.
