2月27號,在安徽合肥「琥珀小學」上學的10歲女童張安妮,被琥珀山莊派出所的四個警察暴力拉扯,強行從學校接走,獨自關押在派出所3個半小時後,又被單獨押上麵包車遣送出合肥。

據張安妮的父親,安徽異議人士張林在微博透露,當天上午,琥珀山莊派出所的警察衝進張林的家,搶走了他的手機和3,900元現金等。張林被控制後,一再提醒警察,他的女兒下午3點半放學,要去接她。結果,琥珀山莊派出所竟然派出四名警察,到學校暴力綁架了孩子,並脅迫小學中斷了張安妮的學業。

張林說,張安妮被非法拘禁達20小時後,才獲得自由,但是,仍然十分恐懼,吃不下飯,而且內心充滿仇恨,表示「長大了一定要殺了他們」。

目前,張安妮與父親張林一起流離失所。

「天安門母親」再公開呼籲平反六四

2月28號,123名「天安門母親」,就一直懸而未決的1989年「六四事件」死難者問題,再次向中共的人大和政協發表公開信,敦促中共政府對這個政治問題做出法律上的公正處理,並公開交代此事。

公開信除了重申「真相、賠償、問責」的要求外,還提出,中共全國人大應把「六四」問題作為專項議案,遞交大會討論、審議,通過相關決議,以求「六四」問題得到公正解決。

公開信指出,中共新領導層應勇於與過去決裂,糾正當年領導人的錯誤。

學者聯署抗議中共封殺公民建言

由一百多名學者和民間維權人士聯名簽署,呼籲中共全國人大批准《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》的公民建言,遭到中共當局的封殺,目前已被百度、新浪微博等網絡媒體刪除。甚至在社交媒體發佈的第一時間,就被列為「涉嫌違法內容」,不予刊登。

2月28號,聯名簽署人再次在網絡上發表抗議聲明,要求中共輿論管理部門立即停止攔截和刪除公民建言的不法行為,並對刪貼作出解釋,同時呼籲社會尤其是輿論界關注這個事件。

訪民要求罷免最高法院院長

為抗議司法不公,冤情無法申張,2月27號,上百名的各地訪民,在北京南站集會,高舉橫幅,要求罷免最高法院院長。

據《自由亞洲電臺》報導,參與抗議活動的訪民表示,他們在上訪維權過程中,地方法院不作為,令他們的冤案得不到公平的解決。懷著希望遠赴北京尋求司法幫助,最高人民法院又把他們拒之門外,連立案都不啟動。他們認為,只有最高法院正常了,依法治國了,那下面才不敢瞎來。

報導引述遼寧訪民王福全的話說,要求罷免最高法院院長只是一種抗爭形式,他們心裡很清楚,問題的根源在於中共體制,而不在個人。

Police in Hefei Detain 10-Year-Old Girl

On February 27, 10-year-old girl Zhang Anni was violently
taken away by four police from Hupo village police station.
At the time, she was studying in Hupo
Primary School, in Hefei, Anhui Province.
She was forcibly taken away from school
and detained for 3.5 hours in the police station.
Then, she was taken away from Hefei in a van away.

According to Anni’s father, Anhui dissident Zhang Lin
exposed in his micro blog that on the afternoon of that day,
police from Hupo village police station rushed into his home.
They robbed his phone and 3,900 Yuan money.
After being detained by police, Zhang told the police that his
daughter finishes school at 15:30, and he had to meet her.
Hupo police station sent four police to kidnap the
girl and force the school to stop her from studying.

Zhang said that after being illegally
detained for 20 hours, Anni was freed.
However, she was too frighten to sleep.

Her heart was full of hatred, and said she
would take revenge when she got older.

Now, Anni is wandering with her father.

Tiananmen Mothers Appeal Again to Redress June 4.

On 28 February, 123 Tiananmen mothers issued
a public letter to the People Congress and People's Political Consultative Conference.
It called for justice for those who died during the Tiananmen
Square Massacre, which still remains unresolved.

The public letter restated “truth, compensation, responsibility”,

and in addition, National People’s Congress should propose
a special case to discuss and deliberate.
They should pass a decision to resolve these events.

The public letter pointed out that the new leadership should
face the past and correct the wrongs of the former leaders.

Scholars Joint Letter to Protest CCP stop citizen’s proposal.

100-plus scholars and civil rights persons jointly wrote
a letter to appeal to the National People’s Congress.
It asks for the acceptance of the citizens
proposal for an “"International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)”.
The proposal has been forbidden by the CCP.

It was deleted from websites
such as Baidu and Sina Weibo.
The first time it was published on social media, it was
listed as “involving illegal content, and can’t be published”.

On February 28, those who wrote the letter called for the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to immediately to stop
the illegal actions of blocking, and deleting citizen proposals.

Petitioners Calll for President of the Supreme Court to be Removed.

On February 27, over a hundred petitioners from different
places gathered around the south railway station in Beijing.
They held slogans and asked for the removal
of the President of the Supreme Court.

According to a report from “Radio Free Asia”, petitioners
said that during their petition, the local courts would not
respond, and their grievances couldn’t be solved.

They traveled to Beijing in the hope of seeking
help, but the Supreme Court refused them.
They think that if the Supreme Court can
act lawfully, local courts will be lawful.

The report quoted Liaoning petitioner Wang Fuquan.

Asking for the removal of the President of the
Supreme Court was only a form of protest.
In their hearts, they know clearly that the root of the
problem is the CCP system, and not a single person.
