Attorney Warns on Twitter

On July 20, 1999, thirteen years ago, the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) began its brutal persecution of good and honest
people who believe in Truthfulness, Compassion,
and Forbearance.
During the past 13 years, countless Falun Gong practitioners
were beaten, detained, or tortured to death;
their organs were harvested while they were still alive.
Many families were forced to be discrete.
However, the truth of this cruel persecution is still covered up
by the CCP's lies and remains unknown to the people in China.

On July 20, the mainland human rights lawyer, Jiang Tianyong,

sent out several messages on twitter sternly warning Beijing
Domestic Security Bureau that justice is forthcoming soon;
those who had persecuted Chinese people, including police
who regularly harass practitioners and their families, will all be subject to liquidation.
He said that justice is not here at the moment, but it does not
mean that justice will never come.

In his twitter message, he also attached the link of an article
from the Epoch Times,
International Focus on American Politicians
Condemning organ harvesting on July 20.

Attorney Jiang Tianyong also appealed that all persecuted
by the CCP should remember their own experience,
including the persecutors' names, what they said, what
they did, which will be the books for future liquidation.

Epoch Times Seminar in Congress

On July 19, The Epoch Times held a "See Clearly the Real
Causes of China's Current Political Turmoil" seminar at the U.S. Congress.
The participants believe that the core issue of Chinese
society is Falun Gong, which is China's insurmountable political barrier.
Jiang Zemin and its group, the culprits in suppression of
Falun Gong, i.e. the bloody hands faction,
have persecuted Falun Gong over the past 13 years;
its crimes shocked the world, and are being fully exposed.
Once their crimes are confirmed internationally, it will threaten
the existence of the CCP, leading to great changes in China.

Devillers' Interview Released

52-year-old French architect, Patrick Devillers, has a close
relationship with Gu Kailai, the wife of Bo Xilai.
Devillers was alleged to have helped Gu take care of her
personal belongings and to have been involved in murder of a British businessman, Neil Heywood.
On June 13, he was arrested in his residence in Cambodia,
but the police did not release a reason.
Media reports indicate that the arrest and release Devillers
was at the CCP's request.

Cambodian police recently released, on its official website,
a video of a Devillers' interview before his travel to China. This is regarded as unusual by media.

In the 5-minute film, Devillers and an interpreter sat on a sofa
in front of the camera. The film did not show the interviewee.
Deauville said in the interview that he had been released,
and is "voluntarily" going to China to assist in the investigation.
He will travel to Shanghai, then possibly Beijing.

However, there is no further news about him so far.

Ai Weiwei's Appeal Dismissed

Chinese dissident artist, Ai Weiwei, appealed his tax evasion
penalties.
On July 20, the appeal was dismissed by Beijing Chaoyang
District Court.
Ai Weiwei said that the verdict was within his expectation.

However, he will continue to seek a just solution
to his problem with legal procedures.

Ai Weiwei's attorney, Pu Zhiqiang, said even though they had
expected this result,
he did not expect the current regime in China
to act so shamelessly and tell lies.
