最近,被称为中共军中“鹰派”人物的“中共军事科学院世界军事研究部”副部长罗援少将,首次开通新浪微博。他自称开微博是为及时准确的传播真实声音,与网友分享和互动。

罗援在微博发表的“外保国权,内惩国贼”等言论,引来20多万网友的围观和大量的质问。网友纷纷质问“谁是国贼?”“由谁说了算?”而另一些人则责问他﹕为甚么将人民置于祖国、党、军队之后?

同时,罗援的个人背景也被网友揭底,有人揭发,一向高调反美、主战的罗援,曾经在中越战争爆发前夕,调离前线岗位。并且他的弟弟在美国担任“华荣集团”总经理。

网络上千人诘问、嘲笑罗援有关“海外关系”和“逃兵”问题,已将这位着名的“反美”军事专家,推到了舆论的风口浪尖。

吁官员财产公示 公民被重庆警方带走

“呼吁官员财产公示公民之旅”的活动人士,2月24号,在重庆展示相关横幅时,被当地警察带走。

据《美国之音》报导,参加这项呼吁活动的徐州公民张崑,和珠海作家阮云华等人,24号上午11点多,在重庆解放碑百货广场门口打出宣传旗帜和横幅,进行公民签名征集活动时,有便衣警察冲过来抢夺条幅,并带走张崑和当地支持者——“西南政法大学”女博士生李君。阮云华则在围观民众的声援和保护下离开现场。

这项呼吁205名中共中央委员率先公示财产的“公民之旅”活动,1月27号从珠海开始,目前已经走过了广东深圳、湖南邵阳、河南开封和重庆等12个中国城市,计划在3月初到达北京,向中共全国人大递交一份官员财产公示建议书和他们征集到的签名。

山东毒气泄漏 数千人游行抗议

山东省东营市仙河镇数千民众2月23号上街示威,要求政府对当地化工厂泄漏有毒气体、导致数万人出现不同程度中毒现象的事故负责。

示威人群游行到镇政府大楼前,抗议政府没有认真处理泄毒事件,部分人士手举“不要毒气”、“我们要生存”、“不要污染”等标语牌。

2月18号有网友在网上披露,位于仙河镇以北10多公里的化工厂,前一天释放了大量剧毒硫化氢气体,民众出现头晕、头疼、眼睛疼、嗓子疼、胸闷等症状。

《山东商报》19号报导,东营市环保部门证实气体泄漏,但声称气体主要是对人体无害的氢化物。

Chinese Netizens Scolded Major General On Weibo

Vice Minister of World Military Research Department
of the Academy of Military Sciences in China, Luo Yuan –
dubbed one of “the hawks” in Chinese military,
recently opened his first Sina Weibo account.
He claims the purpose of opening the account is
to spread and share the truth timely and precisely.

One of Luo's post says “Protect the nation's rights externally,
punish the traitors internally”.
This received over 200,000 comments. Many netizens asked
“Who are the traitors?” “Who makes the decision?”
Some other people asked “Why did he put people after nation,
Party, and military?”

Meanwhile, Luo's personal background was
also searched out and revealed by netizens.
Although he is high profile anti-Americanism,
he once left his front-line post during the Vietnam War.
His brother is the general manager of Warom Group in the US.

Thousands of people on the Internet questioned and laughed
at Luo for his overseas relationship and being a deserter.
This anti-American military expert has been
pushed to the forefront of public opinion.

Calling On Officials to Publicize Properties;
Citizens Are Arrested

Activists put up banners to call on officials to publicize
their properties in Chongqing on February 24.
Local police officers arrested them.

VOA reported that activists including Xuzhou Citizen Zhang
Kun and Zhuhai writer Ruan Yunhua put up banners and flags
in front of Chongqing Jiefangbei Plaza, collecting signatures
from citizens at around 11am on 24th February.
Some plainclothes police came to seize the banners and
took away Zhang Kun.
They also removed a local supporter Li Jun, Phd student in
Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
Ruan Yunhua left the scene under the onlookers' support.

This petition calling on 205 Communist Party officials
to publicize their property started on January 27th .
It has been hosted in 12 cities including Shenzhen of
Guandong Province, Shaoyang of Hunan Province,
Kaifeng of Henan Province and some other cities.

It was planning on coming to Beijing in early of March.

By then, they would hand in a proposal and the signatures
to the Regime's National People's Congress.

Toxic Gas Leaks, Thousands of People Protest

Several thousand people in Xianhe County of Dongying City,
Shandong Province went out to protest on February 23rd.
They requested the government to be responsible for the
toxic gas leaking from local chemical plant.
This had poisoned tens of thousands of people
in the local area.

Protesters held banners in front of the county
government building, unhappy about officials not seriously dealing with the gas leaking incident.
Some banners said “We don't want toxic gas”
“We want to live” “No pollution” and so on.

A netizen revealed on the Internet on February 18th that

a chemical plant 10 miles north of Xianhe country leaked
a huge amount of highly toxic hydrogen sulfide gas.
Many people had symptoms of dizziness, headache,
eye pain, sore throat, chest tightness and so on.

Shandong Commercial Daily reported on 19th February that

Dongying City Environmental protection department
confirmed the gas leak,
but it claimed that the leaked gas was just some
harmless hydride.
