82岁高龄的北京居民王秀英,因要求中共财政部公开援助北韩信息遭拒绝,而将财政部告上法庭,10月8号,王秀英按照传票要求来到北京第一中级法院,却被法院告知庭审取消。
王秀英去年12月向中共财政部提出信息公开申请,要求财政部公开中国在2011年和2012年援助北韩的信息,被财政部以涉及国家机密为由拒绝。
今年5月,王秀英把财政部告上法庭,法院同意受理此案,并决定于10月8号下午2点开庭。
当天上午,北京白纸坊派出所的警察将王秀英和王秀英的代理人李学惠堵在家里,中午12点,王秀英准备前往法庭时,受到警察的阻拦。
王秀英和她的朋友通过网路,向外界公开当局的违法侵权行为。警方下午1点20分左右撤离,王秀英准时赶到法院,但是,法庭书记员以口头通知说不会开庭了。
新疆哈萨克族人与警察爆发冲突
10月7号,新疆阿勒泰地区发生哈萨克族人与警察冲突事件,一辆警车被砸翻,警民各有人员受伤。
据《中国茉莉花革命》网站报导,7号下午5点多,阿勒泰青河镇发生一起交通事故,一名哈萨克人重伤,上百哈萨克族人围堵肇事车辆,为伤者讨说法,并与前来处理事故的警察发生争执,期间,一辆警车被砸翻,肇事司机被打伤。
随后,大批边防武警赶来增援,与哈萨克人爆发冲突,双方都有人受伤。
中共军警开枪镇压藏民 数十人受伤
西藏那曲地区比如县藏民,因拒绝接受中共当局强制实施爱国教育,持续抗议示威已经超过半个月,期间多次遭到中共军警镇压。
据《自由亚洲电台》10月8号报导,西藏自治区、那曲地区和各县中共干部约1万8000人,9月10号进驻比如县,分批进入乡村推动爱国教育运动,强迫藏民在自家屋顶竖立五星旗。
由于一些藏民把五星旗丢入水中抗议,9月28号,招来军警暴力镇压,共有40位藏民被捕。当晚,1000多藏民聚集在比如县政府举行24小时绝食行动,迫使当局释放被捕的40人。
9月29号,约有4000名学生在学校示威抗议中共。
报导说, 10月6号,中共军警又对请愿藏民开枪,至少60人受伤。

82-Year-Old Sued Ministry Of Finance
82-year-old Bejing resident Wang Xiuying requested the
Ministry of Finance to provide information about goods China
has sent to North Korean. However, her request was rejected.
She then sued the Ministry of Finance.
On Oct. 8, Wang was summoned by Beijing No.1 Intermediate
Court. When she arrived, the court cancelled the trial.
In Dec. 2012, Wang requested Ministry of Finance
to publicize information.
She requested the information about supplements that China
sent to North Korea between 2011 and 2011.
She was told that the information belongs to the state secrets.
In May, Wang sued the Ministry of Finance and the court
accepted the case.
The hearing was scheduled at 2:00 pm on Oct. 8.
At noon on Oct. 8, Beijing police at Baizhifang Police Station
blocked Wang and her lawyer Li Xuehui.
They had to stay at home and couldn't go to the court.
Wang and her friends posted the news online of the police
violation of their human rights. The police left at 1:20pm.
Wang made her way to the court in time. However, the staff at
court told her the hearing was cancelled.
Xinjiang Kazakh Clashed With Police
On Oct. 7, Kazak clashed with police in Altay region,Xinjiang.
One police vehicle was smashed, some police and protesters
were injured
According to molihua.org, at 5pm, a car accident happened in
the Altay region. One Kazakh was seriously injured.
Hundreds of Kazakh surrounded the vehicle responsible
seeking explanations.
They argued with police, who came to deal with the accident.
During their argument, a police vehicle was smashed and
turned upside down, the offending driver was beaten and injured.
Later, many armed boarder police came,
both sides clashed and people were hurt.
Police Fired Guns On Tibetans
Tibetans in Diru County, Tibet held a protest for over two
weeks against the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) brainwashing.
The protest was cracked down on several times by armed police.
On Oct. 8, Radio Free Asia reported that Diru County has
18,000 CCP cadres stationed in the county for Sept. 10.
They went to the villages to enforce the brainwashing education.
They forced Tibetans to raise red CCP flags on their roofs.
Instead of complying, people threw the flags into a river.
On Sept. 28, police were sent to the site, 40 Tibetan were
arrested.
In the evening, 1000 Tibetans went to the County Council
staged a 24 hour hunger strike.
They request the regime to release those detained.
The next day, 4000 students went to protest against the CCP.
The report said that on Oct. 6, police fired guns on Tibetans,
and at least 60 Tibetans were injured
