The Chinese Communist Party Faces A Dead End
When Implementing Anti-Terrorism Action
Over the last few months, many violent attacks have
consistently taken place in China.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) announced that it's
anti-terrorist action is now at a new level.
As well as recruiting citizens to be involved, the CCP upgraded
the anti-terrorist team to a national anti-terrorist work team.
A new law for anti-terrorism will be launched this year.
Analysts say that the CCP has come to the end of the line.
By using anti-terrorism to suppress any power considered a
threat, it's real purpose is to strengthen its own dictatorship.
On June 10, state-run media reported that at the end of May,
anti-terrorism work in Beijing was fully upgraded.
Now 850,000 personnel patrol on the streets. 100,000 of
them collect information about suspicious activities;
22 check points at roads into Beijing will implement the
highest level of control. Every vehicle needs to be checked;
Security personnel will be assigned to ride on public
transport over 31 routes;
Anyone who reports suspicions of terrorism will be rewarded
with 40,000 yuan minimum with no limits on the payment.
Meanwhile, cities in China launched different
actions for anti-terrorism.
Some cities have been equipped with armored vehicles
and other heavy equipment.
In Xinjiang, areas where attacks frequently occurred, have
had more effort put into the suppression.
Armored anti-riot vehicles are stationed
on major roads in city centers.
Armed police in camouflage uniforms, and special police
patrol with submachine guns with bayonets.
Recent attacks include a car crash in Beijing's Jinshuiqiao on
October 28 2013, mass stabbing in Kunming on March 1 2014,
and an explosion in Urmqi in Xinjiang on May 22, 2014, which
were all reported by mainland media.
The attitude behind the media reports are the same - domestic
"terrorists" are manipulated by "foreign terrorist forces".
On June 9, CCP foreign office spokeswoman Hua Chuying
blamed the spate of recent attacks on overseas members of
"East Turkistan Islamic Movement" for planning, organizing
and inciting mainland citizens.
Henryk Szadziewsk, senior researcher at the US-based civil
organization Uyghur Human Rights Project states it is unclear
if the organizations mentioned by the CCP exist or not. Other
researchers also asked the same questions.
Henryk Szadziewsk believes the CCP should provide more
relevant information to keep the public informed of the truth.
The CCP announced that it is facing the biggest terrorist
threat since it took power.
From mobilizing citizens to be involved in anti-terrorism, the
CCP also upgraded the Anti-terrorism Work Team to the Anti-
terrorism Work Leading Team and plans to launch a new anti-
terrorist law.
Zhu Xinxin, former editor of Hebei Peoples Radio says claims
of terrorism threats shows the CCP fears its own ruling crisis.
Zhu Xinxin: "The CCP is not worried abut the crises of the
Chinese society and the nation, but fears its own crisis.
We know that the CCP has never worried about other issues
such as citizens who serve it, their fate or safety.
The CCP is most concerned about its own issues."
Zhu Xinxin says that the CCP uses anti-terrorism as an
excuse to ,stir up peoples' fears.
In reality, the CCP purposely creates an atmosphere of terror,
by suppressing anyone or anything it considers to be a threat.
Zhu Xinxin: "The CCP doesn't look into the root of its crisis.
It didn't admit that it is the cause of the crisis itself.
Without its ruling system, Chinese society
would be very different.
We can now see all the roots of the crises, and the cause
of the terror is from the CCP."
The Chinese Ministry of Public Security issued an order that
police can shoot terrorists to death at will.
Since late May, incidents of police killing people have
constantly occurred.
Three of these incidents took place on May 30.
They include a police gun fired by accident killing
one villager in Yunnan Province;
A villager arguing with his wife who was shot to
death in Guizhou Province, and
A man was shot to death by police on
the street in Ziyang City, Sichuan.
On June 10, a retired solider went to a school to abduct the
grandson of a village secretary.
He felt he hadn't received fair compensation for the demolition
of his house. He was shot to death.
Chen Pokong, visiting scholar of Columbia University "The
CCP has routinely manipulated violence and terrorism to
govern its fear of state terrorism by attacking the Uighurs,
the Tibetans, and the Han Chinese.
The CCP is in fact the originator of terror and violence."
Zhu Xinxin indicates the CCP anti-terrorist campaign, aiming
to suppress society, will lead to intensified citizens' resistance.
The only solution to the CCP terrorism and threats is empower
the people, gain democratic constitution, and abolish autocracy.
