County And Regiment Level "Seven Don't Mentions"
Highlights CCP's Dilemma
China's local government websites reveal that
Party leaders above the county level are all studying
“Report on the Current Status in the Area of Ideology”;
a notice issued by General Office of the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee.
It indicates the CCP is tightening control on ideology.
Though the content of the report is not disclosed,
information on the website is aligned with the recent
"Seven Don't Mentions" request upon university teachers.
It is said the new CCP leadership attempted to
save face by faking constitutional democracy.
When they see people are more daring to speak up,
they turn left completely.
Experts point out that the CCP's left turn
only awakens more Chinese people to recognize
its deceptive tricks and speed up the democratic process.
It's been a recently circulating topic in China's universities that
CCP authorities have requested university teachers
to follow the “Seven Don't Mentions:”
No mention on universal values; freedom of the press;
civil society; civil rights; CCP's historical mistakes;
powerful bourgeoisie; and judiciary independence.
In addition, the Central government issued a notice:
“Report on the Current Status in the Area of Ideology.”
The report points out seven issues in the ideological field.
Meetings are being held across all regions [of China]
requiring CCP cadres to strengthen faithfulness to the CCP,
reinforce CCP natured education,
learn what is right and wrong according to the CCP; and requiring them to be highly consistent with
the Central Committee ideologically, politically,
and behaviorally, as well as to strengthen ideological work,
especially in propaganda and internet control, etc..
New York Democratic University President Tang Boqiao:
"Some time ago the CCP wanted to feed the public
with ecstasy and talked about building the
'China Dream' and 'Constitutional Dreams.'
Some people, especially some intellectuals thought
the CCP wanted to reform, so they got more daring.
The CCP found they are too daring, so it knocks them down.
Telling them to follow these “Seven Don't Mentions.”
Even the 'constitutional dream' is not allowed to be spoken of.
Though it was actually brought up by Xi Jinping to start with. It's unbelievable.
The Chinese people do not know what to do
What is it exactly that they should or should not say?”
Tang Boqiao pointed out the CCP went from a list of the
“Five Don'ts" to do not engage in democracy,
and now to 'Seven Don't Mentions'.
It is more and more backward.
Chinese people can see more and more clearly
its unchangeable evil nature.
Tang Boqiao: "I think it is a good thing.
It helps Chinese intellectuals to awaken.
We all realized we were tricked again.
The so-called new rule of Xi and Li and their talk of
so-called reform are all bubbles.
It's just another play by the CCP to fool people.
It's actually good for the pro-democracy movement in the end.”
Writer Zhao Huaguang says that the CCP set up a Department
of Ideology in all Chinese universities after the
"June 4th Incident", and they're used to instill its evil theory.
Zhao Huaguang: "Leaders and professors in the institutes,
those who were put in the important positions,
are from political and ideology department.
They don't spend time to do real research work.
They are tied up with the evil cult theory.
They steal the student administration work,
even the leadership position of teaching.
They use the CCP culture to occupy university campus."
Zhao Huaguang says using propaganda to deceive people
is one of the key methods the CCP uses to steal from China.
Meanwhile, interest groups cling to the CCP zombie.
Zhao Huaguang: "The CCP will not exit its stage easily.
Many people in China are now awakening.
The CCP knows it is hard to coax people.
But it will not give up its propaganda.”
Currently all online posts about the “Seven Don't Mentions,”
“Seven Don'ts,” “Seven Issues,” have been removed.
