Communist Propaganda Attack of Nationalized Army

In 1929, at a military political work conference in Gutian,
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) established
the principle of "the Party commands the gun."

The CCP Military Commission Chairman Xi Jinping
reiterated the absolute leadership of the Party
over the military 85 years later during
the new Gutian Conference on Oct. 30.

Subsequently, Chinese media showed their support
by stressing the importance of Party control over the army.

Many Communist media also criticized
civilian control of the military.

Communist media such as People’s Liberation Army Daily
and Xinhua have issued commentaries commemorating
the Gutian Conference to strengthen the principle
of Party control of the army, and to eradicate the noise,
i.e., the one supports the civilian control of the military.

The CCP mouthpiece Global Times commented that,
‘those who advocate nationalization of the military
are dark forces; those who cheer on the issue
are most likely the losers.’

Major General Luo Yuan claimed, "nationalization of the
military will surely demise the Party and ruin the nation."

China Affairs magazine editor-in-chief, Chris Wu:
"For Xi Jinping, he has to hold the army tightly.

Without the army, the CCP is gone.

That’s why Luo Yuan stated that the nationalization
of the army will ruin the Party and the state.

Yes, the CCP should perish.
But, we ask, why can't the Party perish?"

Chris Wu indicates that the army relies on taxes.
Why should the army take commands from a Party?

Renowned Chinese scholar Cao Siyuan argued in an online
article that of 110 constitutions in the world, 84 defined
the army under the control of the government.

The ones without specific ruling also put
the army under the control of government.

He believes nationalization of the army is the trend.

Professor Cao Siyuan also revealed that in the "Selected
Works of Mao Zedong", Mao clearly stated in 1945 that,
"The army belongs to the country."

In fact, no army in the world does not belong to the state.

Former Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai also announced
the army nationalization standard on Jan. 16, 1946:

"The army does not belong to the individual;
the army does not belong to factions;
the army does not belong to the place;
the army does not belong to political parties;
the army belongs to the state."

Human rights lawyer Li Fangping publicized a 1944
Xinhua Daily report online:

"Nationalization of the military is the new China's basic
national policy.

Party military is a dirty trick to deceive the people
by the like of fascist and Chiang Kai-shek."

Chris Wu: "The CCP says one thing and does another.

To oppose Chiang Kai-shek and his Kuomintang
70 years ago, the CCP demanded nationalization
of the army so that the Kuomintang army would become
a national army."

Chris Wu indicates that after the regime was established,
the CCP tightly controled the army and the PLA
is the CCP army, while the army in Taiwan has transitioned
into a state army.

In fact, in recent years, voices in support of nationalization
of the PLA have been heard.

It was said that prior to the 18th National Congress,
Deputy Chief of the General Staff Zhang Qinsheng
was dismissed for his public advocate
of army nationalization.

Following the downfall of Xu Caihou, the criticism
of army nationalization has been increased.

First Deputy Chairman of the Central Military Commission
Xu Qiliang wrote, "Must clearly refute the 'non-Party',
'non-political' and 'nationalized' army."

"National Defense University professor Gong Fangbin also
responded, "Nationalization of the military has no legal basis."

China Social Democratic Party Central Committee moderator
Liu Yinquan points out that CCP drafted the constitution
and forced the People’s Congress to pass the law.

The constitution was illegal because
it was not voted on by the people.

Liu Yinquan believes that the Party army is the underlying
cause of the world disaster caused by the Nazi Hitler.

While the worlds armies are nationalized, the CCP fights
against it with the excuse of China being special
just for the purpose of slavering the Chinese.

Liu Yinquan: "The so-called ‘China being special’ is to
maintain the concocted fallacy of one-party dictatorship.

Why can’t China’s army be nationalized but others can?

It does not make sense!"

Liu Yinquan points out that the lies about China's
Characteristics such as the low quality of Chinese does not
suit for democracy or deserve human rights are created
by the CCP to preserve its authoritarian rule in China.eng
