Wonton Noodle Easy Recipe
材料 Ingredients:
鹽 3/4 茶匙 salt 3/4 tsp
薑汁1湯匙 fresh ginger juice 1 TBS
大地魚粉1湯匙 Dried flatfish powder 1 TBS
雞粉1/2茶匙 Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
生粉2茶匙 Potato starch 2 tsp
糖1/2茶匙 Sugar 1/2 tsp
適量芫茜、蔥 Coriander & spring onions (garnish)
3 個紅蔥頭切片 Shallots x 3
1 隻雞蛋 Egg x 1
紅蔥頭粒 2茶匙 Diced shallots 2 tsp
麻油2茶匙 Sesame oil 2 tsp
300g 梅頭瘦豬肉 (少許肥) Pork loin 300g (keep pork fat)
300g 蝦 Prawns 300g
250g 雲吞皮 Wonton skin 250g
生麵 (其他麵也可) Egg noodles (or any noodles)
瑤柱雞湯 1份雞湯配1份水 Conpoy chicken stock (1:1 water)
適量水 Water (for cooking)
