宁波市警方10月29号说,最近发生民众抗议PX项目事件中,没有发生恶性事件,也没有死人,但有当地居民揭露,警方说法与事实不符。

据《BBC》中文网引述目击者倪女士的话说,在抗议中被警察打伤的民众有数百人,其中有一位妇女的三根肋骨被打断,还有一人脸部被打得鲜血直流。她还说, 28号,她一位参加抗议的同学,亲眼看到十几名警察殴打一位手无寸铁的人, 把他的头打出血。

对于宁波警方的说法,倪女士说,虽然大家没有看到任何尸体,但的确有人在抗议人群聚集的隧道口摆放骨灰盒和花圈,至于死去的人是否与抗议事件有关,是不是大学生则不得而知。

另外,她说,镇海人都在传,还有另外一名家境富裕的富二代死亡。

十八大维稳 民众正常聚会被封杀

中共十八大会期临近,中共当局维稳工作继续升级,连普通民众的正常聚会也被封杀。

据《自由亚洲电台报导》,江苏省苏州市约10名市民,10月28号在茶馆举行例行的聚会时,遭到警方阻挠。有人在聚会前被警方以及单位要求不要出席,而出席的7人,先后在茶馆外被警察带走,其中5人被带往派出所扣押,另外2人则被控制在茶馆里。

另外,据维权组织《民生观察》工作室网站报导,广州多名网友29号到越秀公园参加定期聚会,也遭国保驱赶,其中三人被带到派出所问话。

村官私吞10亿地款 汕头数千人抗议

最近,广东汕头金平区莲塘村也爆发征地纠纷,当地数千村民为抗议村官私卖土地,侵吞超过10亿元人民币的卖地款,10月27号,聚集在206国道上,高呼“还我土地、贪官下台”等口号。

当局出动数百防暴警驱赶抗议民众,双方一度对峙,网传至少一名村民被打伤送院,民众约一个半小时后自行散去。有村民誓言将抗争到底。

袁腾飞再发挑战中共言论

10月28号,备受争议的知名历史教师袁腾飞,针对中共女党员张志新在文革中被迫害致死的话题,再次发出挑战中共的惊人言论。他在微博上说:“有人说按照当时的法律,张志新该死,刽子手是执法。按照这个逻辑,渣滓洞和纳粹集中营里的也都该死,刽子手也是在执法。”

袁腾飞的这番话一贴出,马上被到处转发并在网路上引起热烈讨论。

Witness Said hundreds were Injured in Ningbo Protests

On Oct. 29, police in Ningbo claimed that no serious incidents
occurred nor was anyone killed during PX Project protests.
However, local people revealed that
the police didn’t tell the truth.

The BBC Chinese website cited Ms Ni, a witness who said
that hundreds of protesters were injured during the protests.
One woman’s three ribs were broken and one protester’s face
was filled with blood.
Ni also said that on Oct. 28, her friend who was in the protest
saw a dozen police beat a vulnerable man on his head until he bled.

Regarding what Ningbo police says, Ni said that although
no one saw dead bodies, some people placed urns and wreaths nearby the protest site.
It is unclear whether the deceased are connected
to the protests or if they were students.

Ni also said that local people spread a rumor
that a wealthy person’s child also died.

Normal Gathering Prevented to Ensure 18th National Congress’ Stability

As the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) 18th National
Congress approaches, maintaining stability is intensifying.
People’s routine gatherings are prohibited.

Radio Free Asia reported that on Oct. 28, 10 citizens from
Suzhou City, Jiangshu province, held a regular meeting at a tea restaurant, but were stopped by police.
Some people received warning from police and work units
requesting them not to participate.
Seven of them were taken away by police, five were
detained, and two others were stopped inside restaurants.

In addition, an advocacy Group website reported that
on Oct. 29 netizens who had a regular gathering in a park
were dismissed by National Security personnel
and three of them were taken to a police station.

Villager Cadres Embezzled One Billion Yuan By Selling Land

Recently, disputes took place in Liantang village of
Guangdong province.
Thousands of local villagers protested the actions
of village cadres, who sold farmland privately.
Over 1 billion yuan of the income was embezzled by cadres.

On Oct. 27, villagers protested on a motorway, shouting,
“Return my land, down with the corrupt officials.”

The authority sent hundreds of riot police to dispel protesters
and at least one villager was injured and taken to hospital.
One and a half hours later protesters left, but some protesters
declared to fight until the end.

Yuan Tengfei Challenges CCP’s Words

On Oct. 28, Yuan Tengfei, a controversial history teacher,
published remarks going against the CCP.
On his microblog, he posted that Zhang Zhixin, a CCP
member, was persecuted to death during the Cultural Revolution.
He said, some people said Zhang should die according
to the law at that time, the killers did it according to the law.
According to this theory, people held in Zazi Cave and Nazi
concentration camps should have died, as the killers were also law enforcers.”

Yuan’s opinions immediately circulated and provoked
waves of discussion.
