Buried alive due to having a second child
Before the Chinese civil rights activist Chen Guangcheng
visited the United States,
he exposed the illegal practices of the Family Planning
Commission and helped protect local women's rights.
Recently, a female petitioner from Chen Guangcheng's
hometown, was extorted by local village officials
and Family Planning Commission, due to
becoming accidentally pregnant with a second child.
Her family refused to pay the huge amount of
the so-called “fine,” hence finding herself being
brutally persecuted in retaliation.
The female petitioner managed to escape the
constant monitoring, intending to ask for help from
Chen Guangcheng in the United States
by exposing the evil in her village.
However, at the airport customs and excise, she was intercepted
with the excuse her passport had expired.
The whereabouts of this female petitioner are still unknown.
In the morning of Nov. 16, Xu Dali, a petitioner from
Sunyubu village, Hedong District, Linyi, Shandong province,
planned to go to the United States to visit fellow villager
& friend Chen Guangcheng.
However, she was intercepted by officers from Shanghai
Pudong Airport Customs.
Xu Dali accepted the NTDTV interview after she was
forcibly expelled from the Pudong Airport.
Xu Dali mentioned that the authorities will not hesitate
canceling her passport, forbidding her access to go aboard.
She felt the authorities were fearful in case she
exposed the evil deeds committed by the CCP officials
to her & her family if she was overseas.
Xu Dali: “The Customs officer asked me if my passport had
been revoked. I said no.
He then said my passport had expired. He said that it is
our local issuing authority who canceled the passport.
I think that the government's behavior is quite similar to a rogue.
At the very least, they should give me a reason.
It knows I will expose them if I get out of the country.”
According to Xu Dali and her family, three years ago
Xu Dali accidentily became pregnant.
It was due to the movement of the contraceptive ring in her body.
The baby was three months old when it was found.
With the help of her family, the decision was made to allow the
baby to be born.
Deciding upon themselves to pay the social compensation fee.
Unexpectedly, soon after the baby was born, Xu Dali and family
faced extortion in the shape of a huge sum of money
by the local CCP secretary.
The neighbor of Xu Dali: “40 days later after the baby was
born, Xu paid 30,000 RMB to the CCP secretary in person.
However, the secretary thought this to be quite a low figure
and they then got into a fight.”
On Mar. 21, 2011, Party secretary Liu Hongjiang came with
officers to the local Family Planning Commission,
gathering together more than 20 people, breaking into the
home of Xu Dali.
Her father was kidnapped.
Her younger brother, only 21 year of age, was beaten
and stabbed to death on the spot during self-defense.
The mother of Xu Dali: “In the evening they broke into my
home with a group of people.
They caught my husband and planned to leave.
My son then came out from the washroom and
stopped the car.
Liu Hongjiang and his people confronted
my son striking him with a pickaxe.
Then they stabbed him twice,
once in the heart, the other in the lung.
My son said, mom they stabbed me.
He was ruined. It is too cruel.”
Xu Dali said, after her young brother's death,
the Police did not allow her family members
to view the autopsy report, nor the case documents.
The police even forbid Xu's family going to the
courtroom hearing.
They also made up false allegations & evidence, changing
the charge of intentional homicide crime
into intentional injury.
Then they found a scapegoat and sentenced him to four
and a half years of prison term.
In fact the scapegoat was soon out of prison. So far,
the real murderer is on the loose & unpunished.
In order to get justice for the dead brother, Xu Dali's
family started to petition.
During those two years, they suffered various persecution
from the authorities.
They were arrested, beaten, detained in black jails,
even buried alive.
In January of this year, Xu Dali and her parents went to the
Public Security Bureau of Shandong Province to petition.
They were arrested by the local police and detained
for 10 a total of days.
After that, Wang Chunlei, minister of armed forces
in Hedong District, got his people to kidnap Xu Dali
and her mother to a suburban hotel.
They detained Xu and her mother for a total of three days.
Finally deciding they will murder the two ladies.
The mother of Xu Dali: “One night, they took me out of the
hotel and covered my head.
I was pulled to a riverside without seeing anything.
I heard that they'd dug a pit two meters deep
and planned to bury me alive.
They said that they wanted to destroy me & my family
on behalf of the CCP.
Suddenly, a car appeared with lights.
They were scared and ran away when they heard the car alarm.”
Luckily, Xu Dali and his mother have not been buried alive.
However, they were under a long-term monitoring.
Xu Dali: “Now they plan to cover these scandals. They dared
us to expose them yet they are using these silly means,
including arranging thirty to forty people around my home,
installing cameras at all the intersections near by.
They monitor every move of mine and forbid me to go outside.”
After Xu Dali was intercepted and expelled at the airport,
she lost contact with the outside world.
Her mother said, if she can not find Xu Dali, then she will
go to Beijing to petition.
