Return my Hard-Earned Money!
Migrant workers' unpaid wage claim was frequently repressed.

There are continuous waves of unpaid wage claiming in Jiangsu,
Guangdong, Hunan, Guangxi, Jiangsu and other places in China
before the Chinese New Year.

Also many unpaid migrant workers have blocked the road
recently, to ask for their salary.
But without exception, the local government not only offered
no help, but dispatched riot police and special police to
clear and arrest them.

Let's see the report.

Jan. 27, nearly 80 workers marched to the sub-district
office of Hai Yu township, shouting slogans and holding
protest banners reading, “Meng Jianhua return my hard-earned
money” after a local garment factory owner ran away.
However, no administrative officer communicated
with the workers.

Workers blocked the opposite street of the sub-district office
to protest the authorities' inaction.
But they were soon cleared by hundreds of riot police, with
some sustaining injury.

Jiangsu province Haiyu Town residents Mr. Han: A member
of the riot police beat this person from that factory.
My friend sent me a picture showing the man lying on the
ground, who was hospitalized later.

A worker with last name Huang told New Tang Dynasty TV (NTD)
that they owed 80 workers nearly 1.5 million Yuan/$250,000 US.

The unpaid wage claimer Mr. Huang: We have kids at home.

How can I go back to celebrate New Year
without my hard-earned money?

Haiyu Town Local residents also believe that it is unfair for
one-year hard work workers without receiving
their hard-earned salary.

The unpaid wage claimer Mr. Huang said, Hai Yu town
government staff told them they auctioned off the seized
warehouse and distributed assets according to the order of
creditors after the garment factory owner ran away.
But they gave money back to those unpaid suppliers first,
followed then by the unpaid workers.

Mr Huang said they all felt anxious and helpless because there
were lots of armed government riot police outside and
local media also refused to help.

A toy factory owner suddenly ran away last week in Guangdong
Province Dongwuan City.
More than 500 unpaid workers are owed three months' wages.
They filed a petition on the 26th January in front of the
local government and blocked state road 107 on Jan. 27 to ask
for the payment.
The authorities dispatched riot police and special police to
suppress and arrested some people.

Witnesses said a large number of workers stood on the road
to request communication with the officials at 10am,
but there was no response.

The police forced the workers to leave the scene, some workers
were knocked to the ground and others were forcibly removed.

Additionally, on Jan. 24 in Guangxi Pingguo County hundreds of
construction workers from Beijing Normal University Affiliated
School project blocked the road to ask for their salary;
On the 16th January, Shanxi Linfen Migrant workers blocked
the road asking for their salary and were suppressed by
special police; Hubei migrant workers got the same treatment
upon asking for their salary.

Now, there are a lot of migrant workers asked for salary in despair.

Jan. 28, a lady tried to jump off the building for
being unable to ask for her unpaid salary at the
Nanjing construction site.

Jan. 26, a labor contractor climbed a 50-meter-high tower
crane to request his unpaid salary in Jiangxi.
Jan 2, Zhengzhou, hundreds of migrant workers kneel with a
white banner to request their unpaid salary in Zhengzhou.

Jilin contractor Fu Zhonglai: I brought the 215 migrant
workers to the construction project in 2008; this project was
resold by law enforcement agencies at a profit and we were
owed more than 600 million Yuan/ $99 million US.
I have been to Beijing to petition 107 times.

Jilin contractor Fu Zhonglai said 5 migrant workers had died
and a lot of people contracted illness before the cries of
Chinese New Year.

But nobody cares about these cases because it was caused by
corruption in the People's Congress in Jilin.

In fact, claiming unpaid salary has raised
many tragic cases in China.

At the end of 2012, a man killed three unpaid owner's
family members because of being unable to get salary in Hunan.
The same year, a migrant worker retaliated against an unpaid
salary dispute by shooting, resulting in the deaths of 14 young
lady employees and one was seriously injured.

China 'rights movement' organizer Hu Jun believes that the
reason behind it being hard to claim unpaid salary is because
of the Chinese Communist Party, CCP.

The CCP government owed money to many construction projects,
but are in default, so the CCP not only act, but also repress.

China 'rights movement' organizer Hu Jun: Its name is to share
and loot others' property.
It's a communist party thing, it builds a system from
the name, the idea being to plunder and loot.

Hu Jun pointed out that the Chinese people have to say "no"
to the rogue CCP to end the CCP's dictatorship early and live
a normal life avoiding robbery and enslavement.
