cooking oil (grape seed, corn, or vegetable oil)

For mustard paste:
2 teaspoons Korean mustard powder (gyeoja-garu)
2 teaspoons cold water

For dipping sauce:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
