食材 Ingredients
蛤蜊肉 四两 120-150g Clams
盐2茶匙 2 tsp of Salt (for marinade, 腌渍用 需滤掉)
姜片 数片 4-5 Sliced Ginger
朝天椒四两 150g Hot Chili
食用油 200ml Cooking Oil
冰糖一汤匙 20g Crystal Sugar
盐1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp of Salt
