三百克熟海參 300g cooked sea cucumber
三百克豬肉碎 300g minced pork
一茶匙生粉 1tsp potato starch
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
一茶匙生抽 1tsp soy sauce
一個紅蔥頭,拍鬆 1 shallot, lightly crushed
兩粒蒜頭,切片 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
一片厚切薑,拍鬆 1 slice of ginger, lightly crushed
四百五十毫升雞湯 450ml chicken stock
一湯匙半蠔油 1.5tbsp oyster sauce
一湯匙赤砂糖 1tbsp brown sugar
一湯匙老抽 1tbsp dark soy sauce
一茶匙生粉用一湯匙清水開 1tsp potato starch in 1tbsp water
半茶匙鹽 1/2tsp salt
一茶匙麻油 1tsp sesame oil
