材料 Ingredients (三人份量/3 people portions):
兩隻雞蛋 Two eggs
一百四十克叉燒粒 140g diced char siu
一百五十克蝦仁 150g Shrimp
一百二十克雜豆 120g Mixed vegetables
一茶匙胡椒粉 1tsp Ground pepper
三粒紅蔥頭切碎 3 shallots chopped
一湯匙薑米 1 tbsp chopped ginger
一茶匙幼鹽 1 tsp salt
半茶匙雞粉 1/2 tsp chicken powder
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
兩碗冷飯 2 bowls of cooked rice
芫茜蔥 chopped coriander and scallions
