食材 Ingredients
蛤蜊肉 四兩 120-150g Clams
鹽2茶匙 2 tsp of Salt (for marinade, 醃漬用 需濾掉)
薑片 數片 4-5 Sliced Ginger
朝天椒四兩 150g Hot Chili
食用油 200ml Cooking Oil
冰糖一湯匙 20g Crystal Sugar
鹽1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp of Salt
