材料/Ingredients:
一斤通菜 600g Water spinach (morning glory)
一湯匙蒜蓉 1tbsp finely chopped garlic
兩茶匙薑絲 2tsp shredded ginger
少許辣椒絲 some shredded chilli
兩至三磚豆腐乳 2-3 blocks of fermented bean curd
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
兩茶匙魚露 2tsp fish sauce
兩茶匙紹興酒 2tsp Chinese rice wine
兩湯匙生油 2tbsp cooking oil
一百毫升清水 100ml water
